On the site of the former bottle factory and the adjacent industrial building in Ghent, Loskaai is taking shape: a unique redevelopment where industrial heritage is brought back to life. Loskaai will be a mixed residential project, ideally situated on the waterfront and surrounded by greenery. The quay will be widened and redesigned, while the path along the water will be expanded and enhanced with additional green spaces, inviting relaxation and connection.
