This integrated project is thoughtfully incorporated into an existing residential block and is accessible from three different streets.

Each student room is equipped with private sanitary facilities, providing students with both comfort and privacy. Additionally, there are spacious common areas where students can eat, relax, and meet new people, fostering a close-knit community.

Sustainability is central to this project. The building utilizes geothermal energy, solar power, sustainable materials, and a well-thought-out design to create an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly living environment. With this approach, we combine comfort with a strong focus on the environment, allowing students to live in a future-oriented building that contributes to a greener city.
