Site with historical character

The Zandweghe Mill was built in 1860 and served as a grain and oil mill. It has been a protected monument since 1982. In 1970, the site was transformed into a horeca venue.
After four years of vacancy, the mill is now becoming the showcase of a new office complex. The AZ Sint Jan hospital is nearby, and a new bike path along the site will connect the Oude Oostendsesteenweg with the hospital.
